How to choose the right blush for your skin tone

This is a question commonly asked by a lot of makeup wearers, what colour will suit a woman with dark skin or should women with dark skin be wearing peach blush or light blush. The main thing people need to remember is that the secret lies in their undertone. No, it is not your skin tone and it doesn’t matter if you have dark, medium, or fair skin. It is the colour from underneath the surface of your skin that affects your overall hue. There are generally three types of undertones and that is warm, cool and neutral and they can determine what colours would look great on you, a simple trick to determine this is to look at your inner wrist and determine the colour of the veins visible, if it is blue then you have a cool undertone, if you see that your veins look greenish then you have warm undertone and if you can determine which colour is more dominating then you have neutral undertones. Having cool undertones means that shades like Fuchsia, Pink, Raisin, Berry will suit you the best, if you have warm undertone then shades like Coral, Peach, Tangerine, Brown will suit you the best and if you have neutral undertone shade like mauve will suit you the best.

There is another weird trick with which you can determine the blush shade which will look natural and fresh on your skin. I recently learned this and I am surprised by how wonderfully this works, you just need to pull down your lower lip and check the colour inside and that is the colour which will look natural, so choose a blush of that shade if you want a daily use blush if you want a more dramatic look opts for darker shades but which goes with your undertone.
